When you use a Bimbask bot integrated with Instagram or WhatsApp, messages sent to those accounts are processed through the Meta API. This data is used exclusively to generate and send automated responses. We do not share, sell, or store Meta messages beyond the time needed to process the response. We comply with Meta's Data Policy and Platform Usage Policies.
5. Data sharing with third parties
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share data with:
- Technology service providers (Google Firebase, Google Gemini AI) under data protection agreements.
- Meta Platforms Inc. in the context of messaging integrations (Instagram, WhatsApp).
