By accessing or using Bimbask Inc. services ("Bimbask", "we"), including the Bimbask AI platform and any associated bots or widgets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Description of service
Bimbask provides an artificial intelligence virtual assistant platform that allows businesses and individuals to deploy chatbots on their websites, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels. The service includes natural language processing, knowledge base access (RAG), content generation, and conversation analytics.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content.
- Infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code.
- Engage in illegal activities or violate Meta, WhatsApp, or other integrated platform policies.
- Collect user data without their consent.
4. Intellectual property
All content, code, design, and technology of the Bimbask platform are the exclusive property of Bimbask Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. No implied license is granted to reproduce, modify, or distribute our software.
5. Privacy and data
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at bimbask.com/privacy. By using our services, you consent to the processing of data in accordance with that policy.
6. Service availability
Bimbask strives to keep the service continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily suspend or modify the service for maintenance, security, or force majeure reasons without prior notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bimbask Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santiago de Chile.
