At Bimbask Inc. we respect your right to control your personal data. If at any time you wish to have the information associated with your account or your interactions with our services deleted, you can request it in the following ways.
What data we can delete
- Conversation history with Bimbask AI bots.
- Instagram or WhatsApp direct messages processed by our platform.
- Contact information provided through forms.
- Usage data and session statistics linked to your identity.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to privacy@bimbask.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
- Include the Instagram username or WhatsApp number associated, or the email you used to interact.
- We will process your request within a maximum of 30 business days.
- We will send you a confirmation email when the data has been deleted.
Deletion via Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
If you connected your Instagram or Facebook account to one of our bots through Meta, you can also revoke access directly from Facebook settings:
1. Go to facebook.com → Settings → Security → Apps and Websites.
2. Find "ChatAI Bimbask" and click "Remove".
3. This revokes access and Meta will notify our platform to delete the associated data.
