Welcome to Bimbask (“we”, “us” and “our”) Privacy Policy. This document sets out how we will use the information you provide to us when using the services of the application or the website If you disagree with any of these terms, we request to you please do not access to the service or content.

Personal information is what identifies a user or an individual. You must register to use our Services with correct data, provide your current phone number. You agree to receive text messages (from external providers) with codes to register to use our Services. This message will validate your account and will prevent fraudulent and unauthorized use by third-parties.


Information you provide

Bimbask receives or collects information when we operate and provide our Services, including when you install, access, or use our Services.

Your Account Information.

You provide your mobile phone number to create a Bimbask account. You provide us the phone numbers of your mobile address book on a regular basis, including those of both the users of our Services and your other contacts. You confirm you are authorized to provide us such numbers. You may also add other information to your account, such as a profile name and picture.

Links published.

The User, once joined to Bimbask, will be able to post links, comment and give a "like" their links and those of third parties.The User, in all cases, must be the owner of the account. Any publication, be it texts, graphics, photographs, videos that threaten or are capable of violating morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, and / or that infringe or violate intellectual property rights, is expressly prohibited or industrial, the right to the image or the Law. In these cases, Bimbask reserves the right to withdraw from immediately the content, being able to request the permanent blocking of the User.

Messages of chat.

We do retain your messages in the ordinary course of providing our Services to you. Your messages are stored on your own device and on our servers so that you can recover them only when you change your device, reinstall the application, log out or log in again. If a message cannot be delivered immediately (for example, if you are offline),we may keep it on our servers to deliver it later.


We will ask you for access to your cell phone contacts to discover which contacts in your address book are Bimbask users and if they are mutually registered and can interact in the application. You regularly provide us with the phone numbers and other contacts that you have in your mobile phone's address book. You confirm that you are authorized to provide us with these numbers to allow us to provide our Services.

Inventory of installed apps.

The application accesses the inventory of installed applications only when you choose the option "SEARCH IN" (the magnifying glass), the application searches and selects only those applications that allow you to receive text and redirect to your search engine such as YouTube, Spotity, Facebook, etc. The information allows us to offer a better service. We will not save that information on our servers.

Customer Support.

If you contact Bimbask User Support, any personal data you may share with us is kept only for the purposes of researching the issue and contacting you about your case. For example, you can send us an email with information related to the problem.

Managing your information.

You can manage your personal information in Bimbask’s application Settings. For example, you can update your profile information or choose to enable additional privacy features, where you can block and limit who can who can see your personal information.

Information we collect automatically


You regularly provide us with the phone numbers and other contacts that you have in your mobile phone's address book. This will allow us to verify new users of the services.


We not use cookies to operate and provide our Services. The service is only available in the application.

Inventory of installed apps.

The application will detect when you install or uninstall an application just to improve the service experience. We will not save that information on our servers.

Information we may share with Third Parties

Information Others Provide About You. We receive information other people provide us, which may include information about you. For example, when other users you know use our Services, they may provide your phone number from their mobile address book (just as you may provide theirs), or they may send you a message or share some links.

Service providers.

We work with third parties to provide and improve the experience of some of our services. In the data collected by third parties are:

Twilio. Our providers send a verification code to your phone number when you register for our Services. These providers are bound by their Privacy Policies to safeguard that information.

Firebase. Firebase is a subsidiary platform of Google, based in San Francisco, CA, USA. USA It allows us to send messages even if the application is closed, this improves the service experience. These providers are bound by their Privacy Policies to safeguard that information..

This service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a link from a third party, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. We operate and provide our Services, including providing customer support, and improving, fixing, and customizing our Services. The shared information will be stored on our servers. We will not provide your information to others without your consent.

Only those users who have mutually registered in their address book of your mobile phone, will be able to chat, see, comment and give "like" and know who made the publication. Otherwise, you can only see the shared link in the trends tab and give "like", all this while maintaining privacy.

How long we keep your personal data

After you have terminated your use of our Platform, we store your information in an aggregated and anonymised format.
